Orders and Product Information
When you place an order, you offer to purchase the item or items in your cart. We may need to decline or cancel an order because of availability, a material pricing or product-information error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
We work to keep product descriptions, images, options, and prices accurate. If a material error in pricing or product information is identified before shipment, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed using the corrected information or cancel for a refund.
Greengris products are artificial greenery intended for decorative use. Minor variation in color, texture, or size may occur because of screen displays and manufacturing batches. Product-specific information and limitations shown on the product page apply to the selected item.
Payment
Payment information is processed through the checkout provider used for the transaction. You must provide accurate and current information for any purchase.
Shipping, Delivery, and Returns
