At Greengris, we want your greenery to reach you in great shape and on time. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team gets to work right away. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) before they're handed off to our shipping carrier. Please note that processing time is separate from transit time — see the delivery estimate below for the full picture.
Where We Ship
Greengris currently ships within the United States only. We're a growing brand, and while we hope to expand our shipping regions in the future, right now our service covers the contiguous 48 states.
Free shipping is available exclusively for orders delivered to the contiguous United States (mainland only).
We are currently unable to ship to the following locations, and no shipping service is available for these destinations at this time:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. minor outlying islands
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
- U.S. territories and island possessions
If your shipping address falls into one of the categories above, we recommend reaching out to us before placing an order so we can let you know if alternative arrangements are possible.
Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery
All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse, so you're not waiting on international transit.
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- Transit time: 5–10 business days (contiguous U.S.)
- Estimated total delivery time: approximately 6–13 business days from the time your order is placed to when it arrives at your door
Please keep in mind that this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Occasionally, factors outside our control — such as national holidays, carrier flight delays, or severe weather — can push delivery beyond the estimated window. We appreciate your patience if this happens, and our team is always here to help track down a delayed package.
Shipping Rates
We keep our shipping pricing simple and transparent:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total, so there are no surprises before you pay.
Order Cutoff Time
To make sure your order goes out as quickly as possible, keep our daily cutoff in mind:
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM (order date) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package anytime at:

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent, as it takes a bit of time for the carrier to scan the package into their system.
