Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on greengris.shop. It explains how to request a return or refund.

30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from their product description. To be eligible, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds, including items that are no longer wanted, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

How to Start a Return

Email service@greengris.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the damage, defect, or difference from the product description. Please do not send an item back before we confirm the return instructions.

Return Method and Fees

Approved returns are sent by mail to our U.S. Return Address. Greengris covers return shipping for eligible returns and provides a prepaid return label when a return is required. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. Approved claims are handled as returns and refunds under this policy.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the eligible item, including applicable sales tax, to the original payment method within 5 business days. Standard shipping is free, so no outbound shipping charge is deducted. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel only orders that have not shipped. If we approve a cancellation, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Shipped orders remain subject to the return policy above.
